Habitat for Humanity

In April we participated in a Habitat for Humanity "Adopt a Day". A group of 25 CBS Toronto employees spent the day working on several town houses at the Habitat build site in Scarborough. We were split into five groups each working with a team leader who made sure we didn't actually cause any damage! A day of physical work was an eye opener for many but that didn't stop us from putting our best foot forward.

The day was a success and at the end of it everyone felt they had achieved a personal goal but more importantly our combined contribution helped a few deserving families get one step closer to changing their lives.
